Moscow, Russia to host Karaoke World Championships 2010
KWC in Finland announced the 2010 hosts of the Karaoke World Championships would be Moscow, Russia. The worlds biggest and most respected event will be held sometime in September with the actual date to be announced in late January 2010. We, here in the USA wanted to hosts but we could not do it justice in 2010 and believe we will be better able to prepare for 2011. So we look forward to determining who will represent USA in Russia this year.

Karaoke World Champions for 2009 are Russia and Ireland!
Congratulations to the new Karaoke World Champions Nataliya Pilyutina from Russia and Adrian Kenny from Ireland. This year's competition was the greatest ever with more competitors and an incredible level of talent. Couple that with people watching the live internet broadcast from all around the world and the KWC has risen to a new level. The competition is now known world wide.
Our team of Brian and Rebecca did us proud. Brian managed the top 10 and Rebeccca had to have been very close. They both are great people with great talent, and we look forward to seeing them peform in next year's national event and quite possibly the world event. More on that later.
I am proud of our team and loved every minute of the competition. We will learn and work towards the gold next year.

What a great competition. Our 2009 KWCUSA champions are Rebecca Armstrong from Tennessee and Brian Scott from New Mexico. The weather was warm and the competition hot. Thousands of Kings Island visitors stopped in their tracks during the 3 day competition to see the incredible performances. (more....)
